Seasonal Shedding: When Hair Loss Naturally Intensifies
Hair, like skin, is constantly renewing itself. Every day, new hairs replace those that have reached the end of their cycle, resulting in a natural loss estimated at several dozen hairs per day.
In spring, and especially in autumn, this loss can intensify: this is called seasonal shedding. Under certain conditions, such as stress, fatigue, poor hair hygiene, or product residue, this loss can appear more significant. Dead hair can get stuck in a congested scalp and then fall out in more visible clumps.
To promote healthy regrowth, it is essential to maintain a clean, balanced, and well-oxygenated scalp. If the hair loss lasts less than three months and is not accompanied by other symptoms, it is most likely a natural, temporary shedding.
